MIT’s direct clients are typically General Contractors that are hired to complete a reconstruction project on behalf of a municipality or infrastructure owner. Our surveys help General Contractors settle any damage claims during or following the completion of a project.

Municipalities

MIT often works indirectly for municipalities. Municipalities typically initiate and contract out a project to a Contractor. Our surveys help protect Municipalities against fraudulent claims or damages resulting from construction.

Property Owners

Property Owners also benefit from Condition Surveys because the surveys form a complete detailed record of all defects and deficiencies prior to construction. If cracks or defects arise during construction, the surveys can be referenced to determine whether the defect or damage was pre-existing.
